Hi all,
just thinking of doing this workout, would this be suitable as i seem to have a problematic left shoulder, which affects my bench, lat pulldowns but esp my shoulder workouts. Although it hurts now and again its more about weakness.
any ideas?

i need help choosing which workout would work best for me i want to gain size fast and get rid of body fat. i like kris gethin because he has ppl showing off results and he seems like hes making ppl work hard. i really like jims because it seems smarter and better form on workouts but i do not see anyone with results really just want to follow a good program to get me started asap.

Thanks for the 12-Week Shortcut To Size workout. I followed the workout for 24 weeks with a week off between each 12 week routine. Should I change to a different workout now?

started this program yesterday because I wanted something little more strict in my workouts. I'm wondering if there any wiggle room in switching up the exercises for example barbell bent over rows instead of DB rows for the whole program?

LOVE your program and LOVE post Jym - just ordered 3 more boxes! Any chance of getting it in bottles like the Pre Jym? It's hard to store the little packets - although it's great that they're separated for carb distribution!

No April Fools joke. Worked out in same gym when they were filming. It was a good size operation. The guy definitely knows what he's talking about and wouldn't waste time doing a dumb joke.

This is a BRAND new program that is MUCH different from the other 12-week shortcut to size. That one was more for beginners, while this new one is advanced training to put on serious mass and strength. You will love it and I guarantee some insane results!

Jim just curious I know this sounds a bit ridiculous but I've been following mainly a paleo eating lifestyle not for any reason but I have felt cleaner this way, since the meals plans arent out yet would this still be a plan I can follow with my way of eating? I wouldnt mind adding grains if its for nutrient timing but its not something I want to consume at every meal. Thanks alot.

Alemus - the diet for this one is a mass gain program, so it is heavier on carbs. You certainly could stick with your current diet and follow the workout program and still see great results.

Hello. I know I'm just a little late (lol) but I just found your short cut to size workout. I was reading through and I know you say that girls can do it as well, but would we keep the diet the same as well? I'm having a really difficult time getting all of the food in...way too stuffed. Can I cut some of the portion sizes down a bit? Any tips you can give will be greatly appreciated.

Jim, I don't know if you can say or not, but I've had lots of trouble getting the results I should putting in the work I do and I think it's due to a long-gone thyroid from radiation treatment. Although I take my daily thyroid replacement meds it seems to hinder my outcome. Any ideas if this is true or all in my head? I would hate to show the world little progress after you put in all the hard work to create this program. Thanks in advance and I can't wait to try what you have in store for us!

As some others were saying, there's already a 12-week shortcut to size program by Jim. This is a new one and is more advanced, as he said in the comments. My question is, can a beginner still use this program or is it too advanced? I'd like to skip the 12-week shortcut program for beginners and go straight to this one...

I just finished Kris Gethin's 12 week workout and was going to start bulking on 4/2. Great coincidence! I was going to do Mike O'Hearn's Power Bodybuilding but this looks good too! Can't wait to hit the heavy weights!
