How long are you guys averaging your workout times? I'm doing about 2-2.25 hours each time and I feel like it is just way too long. I think I need to reduce rest times..

Hi Jim,

Have been enjoying this great work out for a week now and everything is great.

Just wanted to know if there's a better way of rearranging the meals as i like to have my work out an hour after waking up so i can be done with it before starting work. I'd have a protein pre work out drink with a fruit about 30 mins to working out and a casine post work out drink followed by breakfast when i get to work followed by the re3t of the3 meals. Is there a better way to take the meals for max muscle growth? Does the time of day for the work out have a great affect on this?

Your advice would be appreciated.

Just finish my first week of this program, really enjoying it! Looking forward to the change in reps and weights this evening. Had my first leg session Friday just gone and JESUS I can barely walk today now the DOMS have kicked in! haha Good program

I'm keen to start this program.

I'm 88kg & have 16.5% body fat.

I worried the amount of calories recommended with this diet will increase my body fat....which is not what I want.

I'd like to stay the same weight but increase muscle mass and decrease body fat.

That possible with this program?

Jim Stoppani- Do u have any advice for cutting? I have put a lot of time in over the last 6 months and will be ready to cut in a couple more. I have done research which says changing diet(lowering carbs) and cardio. Of course i would like to lose the least amount of muscle possible and i was going to start with 1 or 2 days of cardio to see if i can lose less then a lb of fat a week. would you do 15-20 minutes of HIIT or 30-40 minutes of brisk walking or what? thanks in advance and thanks for the superior bodybuilding plans

nope, last thing you should be worried about when your at that bodyfat % is doin a bulkin program (something to add mass) worry about losing your fat before you do any of this

Is it possible to do your 12-Week Shortcut To Size Program without going to the gym, can I do it at home?

I have the bench press with the weights, but how can I do or replace the exercises such as cable crossover and triceps pushdown for example?

wats up bro! Ima do the 4 week dpt trainer for maximum muscle in 4 weeks and i want more definition, density and muscle separation in my muscles. After that im taking a deload week and after that week ima start this one. So ill be done around the time i go to afrika and ill do normal workouts there, then when i get back ima do the 4 week mft 28 of greg plitt, ****** beast (need to cut up starting the swedish high school wanna be cut ;)

This is the only programme I've tried, so nothing to compare against. Only starting building late last year.

But, me and my mates finished this programme last month and all of us have had so much gain!

Superb programme! Doing it all over again.

I was a little scared to try this becuase I saw a lot of males doing it so I did not know what the results would be for a female. I am entering a Figure competition on June 1st and I thought it wouldnt hurt to try. I am following the exercises as well as the diet..I started on January 21st @ 145lbs and today I am 141.2lbs. VERY excited for to complete the full 12 weeks!!

Just started Phase 2. I wasn't getting sore after week 2 of phase 1 but making the drastic change from 3-5 back to 12-15 reps got me sore again.
