I'm still going strong. Really starting to see shifts in composition. Mostly maintaining weight...probably because I started a little chunky.

Week six and feeling better than ever! up 9lbs already, with a good bit of that being lean mass. I've been following the workouts with some minor variations here and there, plus eating a ton of good foods. can't wait to see what the next month does for me.

I've gained 10 pounds so far, and will hit the halfway mark on Sunday. My goal is another 10 or more pounds (I was extremely Skinny for my height and age).
I can see the differences in pictures, but I haven't noticed much differences after taking measurements.
