The Different Ways
The training with weights (bodybuilding) is intimately related to the consumption of calories that consumes the body and acts of 3 different ways:
1. All exercise, any outside this one acts using or consuming calories to feed the muscle, and at the most intense it is the exercise and by greater time it is made, greater will be the caloric cost.
2. The exercise produces an increase in the metabolic speed, in immediate form after made the training, because the body is working in the mission to repair the muscular weave damaged by the made activity, which supposes an extra use of calories for such aim.
3. This last one is the most important point since the amount muscular mass produced by the training with weights (bodybuilbing) requires of a great amount of energy to be able to maintain them, these muscles produce caloric cost at any moment and even when they are in rest.
The training with weights is also as important as when we wished to lose weight, but because it does not leave the muscle, it is worn away or it deteriorated, which happens frequently when the diets are very demanding. For example, if two groups of people with a same amount of calories in their diets make an exercise aeróbics and the others make their exercises of resistance with weights, is it possible that the group that makes aeróbics, lowers more of weight, but part of this one weight. It is woven muscular, however the group that it trains with loads, also lost weight, but it avoided and defense as well the muscular weave elevating the metabolic cup in rest! What causes that spends more calories than the group that single made aeróbics. Therefore we see physical culture as an advantage to the rest of the sports. As far as which, in addition to the loss of fat that demands effort to raise weights, it prevents the wearing down with the muscles that occur in aeróbics exercises and when winning in muscular mass, makes more express our metabolism!
