Guys I'm 16 years old and 6'3" and 300 lbs! I need to loose weight and gain muscle, my football coach wants me to play football but I'm to embarrassed to change my clothes in front of everybody, I need a plan that will help me lose weight and gain muscle at the same time

honestly buddy, if you want to build motivation and determination pain is your friend. to build up motivation you need to accept some pain from people that are low lifes and turn that into positive attitude towards yourself. i got treated like crap by this girl that lead me on. hurt my life so much i decided enough is enough ! 6 months later i lost 50 kgs ! pain is love !
Like the video...also you are not telling people to eat like 3g of protein for each pound and to get in those pre workout shakes and stack it with sugar-loaded mass gainers. You stick to the facts and tell how it is.

Alright...Scott has a great physique and for sure a bright future..I just felt like it lacks that toughness...like he got those striations in his quads doing slow extensions? Where is the passion...the drama...the friction that creates the character that builds a great body like he has? The title is motivation ...and he is a complete genetic anomaly...and maybe 1 out of a million possess the genes to come close...an average joe's Journey to a body like that will connect and motivate much better in my opinion.
