What Is This Section?

We know that everyone is different but our protocols are designed with that in mind. In this day, when performance can mean the difference between winning and losing, maybe achieving an athletic scholarship, or just starting and making the team we can help. We can help you enhance your speed, quickness, strength, power, agility, and vertical jump along with building your mental toughness for the field.

Whether researching an article or searching for a specific topic, this site is an excellent tool for all of your research and topic needs we provide the services necessary for athletes to excel, minimize the risk of injury, and prolong careers.

About The Authors

    Anita C. Ramsey, B.S, IFPA certified & CN. She is a former NPC National Heavyweight bodybuilder who competed for over 13 years winning NPC state and regional titles while placing top 10 in all IFBB pro qualifiers.

    She currently competes in sanctioned bench press meets as well as a freelance writer for many of the bodybuilding/fitness magazines. Anita is the resident authority on diet, nutrition, supplementation and bodybuilding prep.

    Curtis Schultz, B.s., is also IFPA Certified SSC, PFT, & BBCS. Coach "C" has worked as a football position coach and football strength coach on the NCAA Division I, II, III, NAIA, JUCO and High School levels.

    He is also has competed in full power meets, push pull and bench only. He too is a freelance writer for many of the bodybuilding/fitness magazines.

Our goals here are to maximize each individual's performance, minimize their chance for injury, and build athletes who are well conditioned to compete at the highest level.

IFPA Background

Since its inception, the IFPA has grown to include over 25,000 members. The functional education that IFPA certifications provide continues to give it the reputation as being the leader in practical fitness education.

The History Of The IFPA

    In 1994, the IFPA began teaching in major universities, fitness facilities, and conference centers throughout the US and internationally.

    The IFPA continued to grow as the International Federation of Body Builders (I.F.B.B.), National Physique Committee (N.P.C.), numerous ESPN fitness stars, and Olympic and world champion athletes used the IFPA certification courses to advance their fitness training, knowledge, and careers.

    In 1996, Olympic team physician, Dr. Ben Lerner, recognized the practical nature of the IFPA education and invited the IFPA to present its certifications to the Olympic athletes in Colorado Springs.

    The International Fitness Professionals Association is devoted to offering the highest quality learning experiences to individuals aiming to improve their lifestyle, and those aiming to improve the lifestyles of others.

    Our educational opportunities are designed to provide only the most practical and scientifically based health and fitness information that can be directly applied to "real life" experiences. It is with this dedication that the IFPA is committed to being the lifelong exercise and training resource to the entire fitness community.
