If you're doing some active rest today, then make sure you're doing it right. Don't kill yourself in a triathlon or try to win an adventure race. Sure, you may like doing these activities, but they definitely don't count as active rest.

This week is about giving your body a little bit of a volume break. Your mind and muscles need time to recover before you start any other program.
