It's the last day of Phase 3 of the RSP Chiseled Trainer! Like yesterday, today is about cardio you enjoy. Get a solid two hours of activity in, as well as your ab bodyweight moves.

Use a portion of the day to get ready for the coming week as well. Because you'll be changing your macros in Phase 4, be sure to read through the Phase 4 Overview before grocery shopping and planning meals.
