Today you'll be pyramiding up to find your 3-rep max in the back squat. While three measly squats might seem like a piece of cake, your legs will be jelly by the time you finally find that max weight. What's more, once you've busted out those max sets, you still have the rest of your leg workout ahead of you!


Back squat

6 sets of 3 reps, increase weight each set
