Throughout the RSP Chiseled Trainer, you'll be hitting various body parts twice per week. Today will be the second time you've hit chest in one week, but that's not the way it will happen every week. So don't think you get to have "international chest day" twice per week for the next eight weeks!
That being said, have fun today! You should be familiar with this workout and how much effort you can put into it. You don't have extra cardio today, so put your best effort into this chest workout. You should walk out of the gym knowing you did your absolute best.
