Are you supposed to take a supplement three times a day but you just can't seem to remember? Are you sitting in bed at night thinking, "Did I take it three times today? I think I did... but maybe I only took it twice. Dang!"

To get the gains you expect you MUST take your supplements consistenly! If you are juggling many supplements at once it can be very hard to keep track of! These printable supplement logs are just what you need. Just print them out and mark them each time you take your supplements. Never be confused again!


Supplement Log Tips

Print out a few of these sheets and keep them together. Put them in a folder or staple them.
Keep the sheets in a visible place that you pass by often during the day. For example, you could put them on the kitchen counter, in the bathroom, on your fridge. Try to keep them near your supplements so you can mark the sheet easily after you take a serving.
Keep a pen nearby so you have no excuse for not marking the sheet.
