Printable Measurement Log!
How do you know if you are really gaining unless you measure? Muscle size increases are very small on a day to day basis so you or anybody around you won't notice change very easily.
Measure each bodypart every 4 - 8 weeks and you will have proof that your supplements or workout plan is working!

So how do you measure your bodyparts? First of all, print out our free bodypart measurement log. Then wrap a soft tailor's tape around the flexed muscle at its thickest point.
Take the measurement before a workout or on a non-workout day because after a workout your muscle is full of blood and will give you an inaccurate measurement.
Remember, size gains come slowly but add up big time in the long run! Even if you only gain a inch a year on your arms, in four years you will be four inches bigger! That is the difference between a 15" arm and an impressive 19" arm.
Don't forget to also take many pictures of yourself in a bathing suit so you can see the difference. You will be VERY happy you did! (How many of us have said, "Dang! I wish I would have taken a picture two months ago when I first started!")
