Diet is over 75% of what you become when it comes to the natural bodybuilder. You will not grow like you want, or develop a body like you want without a good diet. A diet log will help you track your eating progress, and give you a great base when looking back at your most valuable cutting and bulking phases.

To start, fill out the following information. Give your first name, what you want to call this nutrition plan ("Cutting Plan", "Bulking Plan", etc.) and select the number of meals you will be eating each day. Then, from the form that appears, fill out the remaining information and click "Submit" to view your very own, personalized nutrition plan.

How many meals do you eat each day?

Click on the "Add Food" button to add another food onto that meal of the day. If you want to remove the food from the meal, simply click the "Remove" button that corresponds to the food.

If the meal is your pre-workout or post-workout meal, select "Pre-Workout" of "Post-Workout" from the dropdown menu next to that meal.
