Local resident, retired professional bodybuilder, Two-time Mr. Olympia 1st-Runner Up, American National Champion and 1984 Graduate of El Dorado High School's "Football Hall of Fame" as a Running Back, Shawn Ray of Yorba Linda, California has organized the fitness community for the first time to invest their time and money to benefit CHOC Hospital of Orange County, where no child requiring medical attention is turned away, regardless of ability to pay.

Participating Professional Athletes will include:

Derik Farnsworth, Melvin Anthony, Monica Brant, Dayana Cadeau, Troy Zuccolotto, Mike Dragna, John Brown, Garrett Downing, Iris Kyle, Lee Priest, Adela Freidmansky, Bob Cicherillo, Milos Sarcev, Tevita Aholelei, Kris Dim, Lenda Murray, Idrise Ward El, Gayle Moher, Richard Jones and Bill Willmore.

There will be a Luncheon following the Golf Invitational where a charity donation of $25,000.00 will be presented to CHOC Hospital on behalf of the athletes and sponsors!

In Shawn's words, "As a life long athlete I realized the importance of a strong support group and financial assistance. While good health awareness is important, being a part of life assistance for children is a reward I have chosen not to pass up."
