In this episode Brandon will stress how important it is to occasionally assess your physique by picking yourself apart in front of the mirror or having a friend be brutally honest and tell you what you need to work on to perfect your bodies symmetry. To be competitive in bodybuilding you need to learn to target lagging body parts so you can maintain a balanced physique. Watch as Brandon grinds through some non-typical calf exercises to show you what works for him while working on his lagging body parts. Brandon genetically has small joints on a compact frame so it is beneficial for him to capitalize on illusion of proportional muscle mass. The lightweight class in bodybuilding is very competitive and this is what the judges want to see along with great conditioning. After his calves are completely fatigued he will show you how he puts them to the test outside the gym while he is doing one of his many hobbies. In his spare time he enjoys racing motocross which also helps with his conditioning during his cutting phase. Check it out!
