My Waist Won't Get Smaller! What Can I Do?
My name is Raj and I'm 27. I have won some local competitions in the past. Three months ago I started lifting again after taking 2 1/2 years off. I am now regaining my muscle, but my waist is not getting smaller. It makes me upset. I am 6 feet tall and my waist is 39 inches. I have only reduced 1 inch. I want to change my look to be like a bodybuilder. Unfortunately I look like a wrestler. I am taking potassium 500mg, calcium 200mg, magnesium 100mg, and Hydroxycut fat burner. Please show me the way, I would be very thankful.
My buddy ole pal, luckily for you I have began to post a training journal. Now you can follow my exact practices to the T. I will show you everything that you need to know. All of this is free of charge courtesy of Bodybuilding.com and I. Click HERE for week one! To give you a little personal help I recommend that you do just as I tell every one experiencing your problem, which is many, many, many, men so do not feel alone. Look, you need to time your carbohydrates and get on the cardio. That is the key to success in shedding body fat.
Consume your high glycemic carbohydrates in the morning and prior to training. Afterwards concentrate on getting protein and fibrous vegetables in. You did not list a routine so I am not sure if you are currently conducting cardio. If you are then try bumping up the intensity a tad bit. If you are not then begin a cardio program. Start off slow and progressively work your way up to an intense level of training.
Diet, do your cardio, and read my weekly journals and we will fix you yet! Oh and do not let yourself be fooled, you obviously know what to do since you have a title under your belt. Believe in yourself, I think that you know what the problems are in your program, we just need to get you back on track. Hang in there.
