How Do I Get Rid Of Lower Belly Fat?
Dino, I have been dieting and run 3 to 4 miles (for cardio) 5 to 6 days a week. I have rock hard abs under a good amount of belly fat. I can see the six-pack but it is covered with fat. What is the best way to get rid of that lower belly fat? Thanks, C.
C, I think that you are on the right track as far as your cardio is going. Running is a great way to get the heart pumping and boosting your metabolism. I personally do not run anymore because I believe that my weight is too heavy for my frame. I am always getting shin splints and my knees hurt unless I am sprinting. I can still sprint and use sprinting from time to time during contest preparation.
I do not know what your diet is like although you claim to have been dieting for an unspecified time. Depending on the time of length you have been on your diet and what the theory is behind your diet strategy you may or may not experience success. Try keeping up with my articles, journal, and other writers from Bodybuilding.com. I think that if you dig hard enough you can find just about anything you want to through the Bodybuilding.com site. In my opinion and experience your problem is in the diet not the training. Read Diet Articles Here
