![]() By: Dino Pierce My contest is coming up quick! I am now 11 days out. Here is my eating plan for the next few weeks! Tuesday, May 21, 2002 (11 days out) "Fill out day" Meal 1-50g of carbs from maltodextrin in Carboplex
Wednesday, May 22, 2002 (10 days out) "Fat & Protein day" Meal 1-1/2 lb of ground turkey & 1 cup green beans
Thursday, May 23, 2002 (9 days out) "protein day" Meal 1-Soy drink 30-40gms
Friday, May 24, 2002 (8days out) "carb up day" Meal 1-6 will consist of rice, grits, and a little honey. I will spread the feedings out through the day.
Meals1-3 will consist of rice, grits, honey, & corn
Note: I will use a teaspoon of pure salt today. I will spread it through out my meals. I'm beginning to sodium load for the BIG PEAK! Sunday, May 26, 2002 (6 days out) "Sodium & protein day" Meal 1-6 will be a total of 180-300 Gms of protein. My 1st & last intake will be eggs & green beans. Monday, May 27, 2002 (5 days out) "Fat, sodium, & protein day" Meal 1-8-12 oz ground turkey
Tuesday, May 28, 2002 (4 days out) "Assessment Day" I will reassess and continue to plan my peak accordingly to how my physique is reacting to this plan. As of now everything is right on time and I have never looked better! I can hear the other competitors now "damn them boyz at Bodybuilding.com know what they are talking about!" Tuesday, May 28, 2002 (4 days out) "Depletion Day- High Pro-mod fat-mod Na+ day" Meal 1-25g of Soy Drink
Meal 1-8-10T grits W/2-4T Honey + Potassium Supplement
Thursday, May 30, 2002 (2 days out) "Assessment Day" I will reassess and continue to plan my peak accordingly to how my physique is reacting to this plan.
