Phano face This is Phano, and I am going to to try to bring those of you who are interested in bodybuilding and following my progress up to speed with things.

I have brought my bodyweight up to about 195 lbs., with about 8% bodyfat (if not less). I am going to prepare for the upcoming SNBF Nationals which will be held at the Gwinnett Civic Center, right outside of Atlanta, GA, on October 28th, 2000 (the same date as the 2000 Mr. Olympia!).

Right now, I'm exactly 5 weeks out from contest but I have done absolutely zero preparation on the side of cardio work. I have been dieting cleanly and been keeping up with my supplementation, so this has aided me in increasing lean mass while minimizing the fat.

I will do an update every few days or so detailing my supplementation, my diet, my exercise routines (which I will change dramatically for my final 4 weeks of actual resistance training), my cardio, and anything else I have missed.

I look forward to sharing with everyone the progress I will make towards competing at about 180 lbs., which will be 15 lbs. more than my last show. Look for upcoming articles!
