10:00 - PREJUDGING!!!!

As you can see, I tried a few new things. I felt it worked fairly well for me. Why add lemon juice to the water? Well, lemon juice is a natural diuretic. So in theory, it should help your body excrete excess water out of your system. I'm young and I'm still trying to learn about my body. That's the real secret behind bodybuilding. Too many competitors have other people show them what to do and things of that nature. I believe you know what's best for you because you know your body best. So experiment because with every show, you should learn something new about yourself. Train hard and stay focused!
