I have followed the plan that I previously outlined for everyone very strictly. I started carb depleting on Saturday and continued with this until Monday.
Today will be my first day of carb loading and I must admit that carbs never tasted so good!
Protein is now something which is optional. I have been practicing my posing, routine, etc. since yesterday and have already noticed a difference in my physique from when I was carb-depleted to being carb-loaded for only 12 hours or so.

Now if I can just hang on for a few more days, I should come in just as sharp as I did at Nationals, if not sharper - despite the short duration of my diet. I plan on having a complete show synopsis along with a ton of pics next week.
