Treat today like a light meet day. Of course you'd be doing a lot more weight in a real meet, but it's a perfect opportunity to practice your set-up routines for each lift and work on your technique.

Take video of yourself doing each lift, and then watch it with a coach's eye. Are you making every movement as efficient as possible? Are you thinking about how to use explosive power to move the weight? Do you even know what you're thinking when you lift?

Get to know yourself as a lifter. It can only make you better.
