This week is set up a little differently than the previous three weeks. I designed it this way because I want you to feel fresh and prepared for the rep test at the end of the week. So, you'll get more rest days in the middle of the week and you'll do less hypertrophy work.

Today, think about moving the weight as efficiently as possible. By now, you should feel comfortable with a heavy load; work on doing the lifts well.
