You've made it! Now let's have fun. Today, you'll do more than shoulders. You'll also have your final opportunity to do some triple-clap push-ups and what's more, each rep will explode from the end of a broad jump. Get out your phone and find someone to film it! Then turn right around and finish up with some push-ups and sled pushes. This is the end, so crush those sled pushes and go home knowing you've accomplished something big!
