I went into a gym as a secret shopper. One of the workers wouldn't let me walk out without a membership. I bought a membership and thought what the heck, I want to lose 10 more pounds, why not buy some personal training sessions? After 4 months I went from 155 pounds to 145 pounds and 32% bodyfat to 22%.
I trained with my personal trainer 2 times a week and he monitored my food journal and showed me how and when to eat. I rarely deviated from what he said, as I was seeing results weekly. Eventually I worked out with him just one time a week and the rest of the week I worked out with my boyfriend.

Wednesday: Glutes & Lower Back
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Rest Saturday: Chest & Back
Sunday: Glutes & Lower Back
Cook on the weekend and prepare all your meals for each day except breakfast and dinner. When you don't plan, you will get off track. Do this for you and only you. Compete with only yourself to be better than you were yesterday.
