 Why I Got Started
I had always wanted to have a six pack. A transformation contest came up and I decided it was now or never. I was getting close to 40 years of age and it was time to do something about my health.
I started out at 166 pounds with 22% body fat and ended a short 14 weeks later at 152 lbs and 7% body fat. I am in the best shape of my life and it only took 40 years to get there. Since the end of the contest I have not looked back.

It Was Time To Do Something About My Health.
I continue with my diet and exercise plan, always striving to improve. I take supplements found on Bodybuilding.com and find encouragement from the BodySpace members. I could not have done it without support from this website.
 How I Did It
Hard work. Desire, dedication, and determination.

 Training
I do 60 minutes of cardio each day except for Sunday. I would alternate one week heavy, 6-10 reps. The next week light, 15-20 reps. 4 different exercises per body part. I constantly changed exercises to keep muscles from getting accustomed.
