Why I Got Started

I got started because I was tired of feeling old and weak. I struggled to play with my kids and my self-esteem was low. Something had to change.

How I Did It

I joined a gym and payed for one and a half years of personal training 3 times per week. I knew if I paid for the training up front I would commit to it.

After seeing results, I soon became excited about working out. I started going every day and now I can't get enough. I love it. It took six years to get where I am, but I loved every second of the journey.
