I started bodybuilding after looking in the mirror and not recognizing the person I saw. Over the years it became apparent that I had let myself get way out of shape. Within an hour I started surfing the net and typed in "bodybuilding". Bodybuilding.com was at the top and that was the only site I visited. I found it to be informative, motivational, and inspirational. I signed up right then on April 1st. It was time to make a change.
I read everything I could on the website about diet and nutrition. I had a strict diet and exercise plan that I didn't deter from for one instant. I signed on to Bodybuilding.com everyday and looked at the other profiles which inspired me to do what I knew I had to do - Get fit and go to the gym. The end result was worth all the sacrifices.
Meal 2: Meal 3: Meal 4: Meal 5: Meal 6: Keep in mind I would vary all the time. My wife always looked for new recipes and knew what I shouldn't have. A little of anything wasn't going to set me back. I would also drink Arizona diet green tea during the day to quench my thirst. It's great! I haven't had a drop of alcohol since April 1, 2009. The meals were quite repetitive but it worked for me.
