Since Nia Shanks was first introduced to the weight room, she has been studying and applying the most effective fat loss training techniques. When Nia received her personal training certification in 2004 she began helping numerous men and women lose body fat and build the body they desire and increase their health.
Nia's training philosophy focuses on getting individuals the best results in the least amount of time. Her motto is: revolve your eating patterns and training around your life, not vice versa. She strongly believes that diet and exercise should be made a simple as possible.
Nia graduated from the University of Louisville with a degree in Exercise Science with high honors.
Nia is also the SPF push/pull world record holder for her division with a bench press of 145 pounds and a deadlift of 300 pounds at the bodyweight of 122.
