It's week four, but your true journey is just beginning. Starting this program is easy. Anyone can do that. But finishing it, well, that's what will separate you from everyone else.

Even after two days of rest, you may be sore and mentally fatigued. That's OK. Your body and mind are still getting stronger. Push past the pain in today's chest workout and continue to aspire to become your best self.
