The peanut-butter dream is back. Usually it comes with cookies, but this time Alicia Renee Harris is swimming in a bathtub full of it. It's May 19 and Alicia Renee, a new face on the IFBB circuit, is in the final days leading up to the biggest contest of her life. Food is never far from her mind.

"I have cookies saved up in the freezer," she admits. "I crave peanut butter all the time. I'll binge the moment I get offstage." In four days, Alicia Renee will make her pro debut and place sixth in the California State Pro Figure Championships.

"I worked the hardest I ever had, and I couldn't have done anything more," she explains. "I brought the best package I could. I wouldn't have changed anything. I got a lot of respect and attention, and I know the future will bring much higher placings."

One reason for her meteoric rise in the figure world is immediately obvious: Alicia Renee has some of the sleekest, sexiest and best-developed shoulders on the planet. "Shoulders are often overlooked," she says. "People want [defined] arms, so they train their biceps and triceps, but not their delts. But you must have good shoulders to have a perfect body."
