- Warm up/Stretch all muscle groups
- 5 lunges (each leg)
- 5 bicep curls (each arm)
- 5 tricep kick-backs
- 5 overhead presses
- Rest 2 minutes
- REPEAT ENTIRE ROUTINE
- Rest 1 minute
- REPEAT ENTIRE ROUTINE
