You've got to start somewhere right? At the beginning of your 12-week challenge, you'll take 3 body photos - front, back and a side view. It's best to wear a bathing suit or similar clothing to help reveal the changes to your physique. You'll need to hold a newspaper with the date visible of the starting day of your 12-week challenge.

(Why hold a newspaper? That way we can validate the date that your photos were taken.)

Celebrate your success! When you've completed your 12 week challenge take 3 full body photos that match your "before" pictures-one front, one back, and one side view. Remember to hold a newspaper with the date visible of the final day of your 12 week challenge. Then tell us how you accomplished your goal! Let us know what your training schedule was, your supplement regimen, how you achieved your goals and why you would win the Live Shredded Challenge. Write a minimum of one (1) paragraph or longer, post it in your BodyBlog.and title it 'Final Essay' (If you are experiencing blog problems, please contact blog@bodybuilding.com!
