 How I Got Started
I was 16 years old and my father had an old dirty weight set in the garage that wasn't being used, so I cleaned it up and went to work. I saw I was putting on a little bit of muscle and size and I've been hooked since then!

What Is The Hardest Part?
The military expects 110% from you and no less. I would have to say knowing your role and submitting to authority.

One Tip For Other Bodybuilders In The Military
Keep God first in all you do. Eat clean, train hard, sleep and have the consistency and the desire to better yourself not just in the military or in the weight room, but also in life.
