 How Did You Get Started?
When I deployed in Iraq in 06-07 I started hitting the gym like 6 times a week and people were like, "your getting bigger," so I just kept going. Then when I got back to Hawaii someone ask me have I ever though about doing a bodybuilding show so I try it and I feel in love with it.

 Future Bodybuilding Plans
Right now I'm talking it one step at a time so my main focus is the Excalibur. Depends on how I do there is what I would do next. Most likely I'll take another six months off to hit those weak points harder and gain more mass. I'm really trying to learn my body to see what works best for me.
 Favorite Bodybuilders
Arnold, Kevin Levrone, Serge Nubret, Sergio Oliva, Flex Wheeler, Dennis Wolf, Phil Heath, Brandon Curry, Shawn Ray, and Trey Brewer cause the kid is the future.

One Tip For Other Bodybuilders In The Military
Train hard, train hard, and train hard. Set goals and work hard to make those goals become true. Never rush to try to become Ronnie Coleman or Jay Cutler everything takes time. Also as I tell myself, "live for something".
