 How Did You Get Started?
I lifted weights since I was 12 years old but about 2 years ago I was urged by my wife and my peers to start competing so decided to give it a shot and have been addicted every since.

Civilian Life To Military Life What Is The Hardest Part?
It was an easy transition for me; life outside the military was difficult for me. I was a problem child with discipline issues.
The Biggest Obstacle In Leading A Military Lifestyle
The biggest obstacle for me would be uncertainty, not knowing where you're going to be every 2 years makes it hard to have a long term plan in bodybuilding. If I want to ever qualify for the USA Nationals I need to do it fast because I could get sent on an IA to Iraq. That would make bodybuilding very difficult.
 Workout Plan
My workout plan is as follows:
Monday: Chest/Back/Shoulders/Triceps/Abs
Wednesday: Quads/Hamstrings/Calves/Biceps
Friday: Chest/Back/Shoulders/Triceps/Abs
