Dr. Chris Mohr received his bachelor's degree in nutrition from Pennsylvania State University and his master's degree also in nutrition from University of Massachusetts. He then went on to become a registered dietitian with a specialization in sports dietetics as well as earning his doctorate degree in exercise physiology from the University of Pittsburgh.

Tilapia With An Onion Balsamic Vinegar Sauce
Originally seen on "Everyday with Rachel Ray," Dec/Jan 2007
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Butter (A Little Saturated Fat Won't Kill You)
1 Medium Onion, Halved & Sliced
2 Cloves Garlic
8 Oz. Mushrooms, Thinly-Sliced
1 Tsp Marjoram
1 Tsp Thyme
¼ Cup Balsamic Vinegar
8 Oz. Tilapia
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375*deg; F degrees. On medium heat, place onions, garlic, mushrooms, and butter in a large ovenproof skillet. Let cook until onions become translucent, approximately 10 minutes.
Add margaram, thyme, and balsamic vinegar, and cook until balsamic vinegar reduces down to a thicker sauce (around 5 minutes). Place tilapia in pan and cover with onions and mushrooms. Place pan in preheated oven and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and enjoy! Makes 1 serving.
