Preheat barbecue (or broiler) to 400°F. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, seasoning salt, sauce, and onions. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together. Divide the meat into individual one-pound patties.
Once the barbecue has reached 400°F, place the patties directly onto the grill above the direct heat. Cook the patty on one side for at least five minutes, then turn the patty over and cook for another five minutes. Repeat this process for about 20 to 25 minutes or until desired doneness is reached.
Place beef patty on a hamburger bun dressed with tomato slices and baby spinach. Enjoy! Makes 5 servings.
