In this second episode, Marzia Prince gives us her Top 10 "Marzia's Principles" and shows us Tonya's first workout (with admittedly lots of room for improvement).

Tonya is an out-of-shape mother of three that wishes to improve her appearance through health and fitness. Over the next 15 weeks you will see what kind of changes a dedicated person can make when they decide to work hard at perfecting their nutrition and supplementation, and by exercising regularly!

      • Short-Term

    6. Add Variety To Your Diet (protein, carbs & fats in each meal)
    7. Stay Hydrated (drink plenty of water!)
    8. Take Beneficial Supplements
    9. Maximize Results:
    10. No Factory Foods!
