I started at 215 lbs. with 12.5 % body fat. It has been approximately two months and I have dropped almost 6% of body fat at 6.8%. I currently weigh 205 lbs. which means that I have basically maintained most of my muscle mass. I am using bodyfat calipers and having the same person take measurements consistently to keep an accurate record of my progress and results. The NGA Northwest Naturals Bodybuilding contest on April 28th is 3 weeks out now and it is crunch time. My nutrition plan is coming together and I am happy with my results. With a height of 6'1" I have to maintain as much muscle mass as possible to compete in bodybuilding. Bodybuilding is a new found passion in my life and I have made it a new goal to compete and show family and friends that I have the drive and discipline that it takes to take the stage and be competitive. It all started in 2006 when I made a commitment to a long time close friend and co-worker. I know that my body can make amazing physical changes. In 2005 Jim helped me through a 90 day body transformation fitness challenge that was for the local health club that we train at. I lost 45 pounds and have kept it off since by maintaining a healthy lifestyle.Jim was very indecisive about entering his first bodybuilding contest and I made him a promise to follow in his footsteps if he entered and placed in the top three. He placed second, and I'm a MAN of my word, so here I am.
I have taken Many fat loss products before and have experienced mixed results. So far the Scorch & Vaporize have been a positive experience. The best physical attributes have been the level energy. These products didn't make me jittery or have spikes of energy followed by the crash. Most products have started great and gradually tapered off within a week almost as though I acquired immunity! I have been impressed with the physical attributes that I have experienced with the MAN products so far. MAN products have produced the same feeling for over 2 months now and my workouts have been intense. I have kept a strict schedule of supplementation and try to stay consistent making sure to avoid taking them later in the afternoon. So far there has been no loss of sleep like I have experienced with other fat loss products. I am looking forward to continuing the recommended max dose of these products right up until contest day.
I am on a 4 day split workout routine. This works well with my busy schedule at work. I often do cardio during the afternoon. The closer I get to the contest the more I will ramp up my cardio sessions. I am currently doing at least 45 minutes per day on ardio equipment and trying not to get my heart rate over 125 for now.
This will spare my muscle tissue by taking time to cut properly. I am currently about 11 weeks out from the contest so my reps are just now transitioning to the higher rep range of 10-12 for muscle failure. I am also performing drop sets and keeping up my heart rate with minimal rest. I have made a slight adjustment and now take in approximately 2,400 calories from 6 evenly proportioned meals. I have also limited my carbohydrate intake after 4:00 when I am not as active. Energy levels have been awesome for the cutting phase of my contest prep diet. The MAN products have helped to boost and regulate. The one thing I have been focusing on is consuming plenty of fibrous vegetables for my snacks. They are low in calories and give me that full feeling.

The changes in my physique have been amazing for such a short amount of time on these products. I spend the majority of my nights and weekends biking, jogging, rollerblading, wakeboarding, swimming, hiking, and just plain having fun. I feel confident taking my shirt off already and it's not even summer yet.
When I started the MAN Products I weighed in at 205 lbs. with 14% body fat. I competed at 180 lbs. last April with single digit body fat so I have been successful in packing on some size with my current diet and workout regimen. I am aware that it is next to impossible to gain just muscle while taking in a surplus of calories so I am definitely ready to see quick results. Below is a couple of pictures that show the visual changes from the first of the year until now.
So far the Scorch & Vaporize have proven to be very helpful with my fat loss. I now weigh 190 pounds and am in the single digits for body fat percentage. I am happy to have gone from 14% down to 9% in such a short amount of time. I have been impressed with the energy that it has given me day after day and I have still been able to get a quality workout without having to take a pre-workout energy drink or rely on a cup off coffee to stay focused motivated for my intense workouts.
My daily multivitamin and occasional protein shakes help fill my nutritional gaps so I can maximize my results. The biggest physical change has been a full body warm feeling. I can tell that the thermogenic properties are working well. During a workout I have been noticeably vascular and see veins that I have not seen in quite awhile.
Here is my current workout regimen for my cutting phase to get in shape for summer. I concentrate on higher repetitions and kick up the pace of my workout by minimizing rest in between sets and performing drop sets to keep my heart rate up and burn more calories. I am still using a four day split routine that works best with my schedule. Make sure to use the correct weight that will alloy you to reach muscle failure within your targeted rep range. Always perform a warm up set for each muscle group before doing heavy working sets.
