I was very unhappy with the way I looked and more so the way I felt. One of my good friends and ex-WWE wrestler Dean Visk helped my out with a diet and training program. I also had some other help from my good friends Nick Morobitto and Spencer Bitz, who both do bodybuilding shows. The support from my friends really helped me keep going and to keep the motivation until I met my goals. Also, my good friend Heather Matson was there for moral support through the 4 months.
I basically changed my diet to the cleaner the better. I ate a lot of produce during the week and kept my protein to fish, eggs, chicken and turkey. I did about 30 minutes of cardio in the morning on an empty stomach, and trained weights at night after work. During the end of my 4 months I increased my cardio to 45 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes after weights at night. The other key, I believe, to success is that I threw in Yoga about 3 times a week. This helped me keep a balanced mind and body during the strict and tough days of dieting.

Thursday: Shoulders & Biceps
