I was really tired of being fat. I had just finished the Chicago Marathon, I thought that training for and running a marathon would help me lose weight. Since I didn't change my eating habits, this didn't happen.

We used a carb cycling diet for about 95% of this transformation, later switching to keto diet for my first contest prep. I followed his diet plan that he laid out for me to a T, and with some hard work and consistency, we got results.
