Hey guys, I'm a little confused. Do I do the A1 workout, the A2 workout, and THEN take a 90 second rest? Or do I do A1, rest, A2, rest, A1, rest, etc.? Thanks in advance!

Either one works
A1 A2 rest A1 A2 rest A1 A2 rest... etc.

or

A1 rest A1 rest A1 rest... then after all 10 sets
A2 rest A2 rest A2 rest... and so on

1. Is it fine to do the advanced section first for the strength improvement?
2. Is there really rests between A1 and A2 or just after A2?

If you are going to rest between sets, do only 60 sec. between all you A1 sets and then all A2 sets. If you are going to superset A1 and A2, take 90-120 sec. after the second set.

I need a straight up answer from someone that actually knows ive searched and still have not found my answer. what do we do on day 6 and 7 they say its a 5 day split but i dont get it when your doing only 3 days?

You are right. This is a 3 out of 5 day workout. Days 3 and 5 rest, and on day 6 start your routine over. I had trouble with this at the beginning. Make sure you write everything down so you can keep up with it, otherwise you can get lost. It's not like a MWF workout. I have a new sheet that I use for each cycle. That really helps.

I call bs on the statement that you can gain 10 lbs of muscle in 6 weeks. Steroids dont give you those kinds of gains. Arnold at his peak, in his prime, while on steroids, said the most he gained in a YEAR was 7-10lbs per his autobiography.

You can throw some in on your rest days if you have the energy. It might cut into your muscle gains a little bit. Or you can cut the rest period between sets down a little bit and the workout alone should keep you slim.

This really helped strengthening my biceps when I was a sophomore in high school. I went from scrawny arms that could curl 40lbs to 125 (Super-curl) in 2 years. I recommend this to anyone who wants to boost how much they can lift.

I haven't lifted in a few years and found this program and thought I'd give it a try. I'm in the middle of my first week and sore.

If I understand this right, after day 5 I start over even though my chest is still sore? Seems like that might be too close together.
