![]() By: Louis Dorman As most of you know if you are going to be successful with losing weight or even gaining muscle you have to eat lots of whole foods and find ways to create meals that not only pack in the nutrients, but are also tastefully delicious.
I started a thread on the forum that allowed people to see the types of food I eat on a daily basis. I'm not preaching that all my meals look appealing or even taste good, but almost all of them were easy to prepare, cheap and healthy. One of the best things about this thread is that it gave others a chance to showcase their own hearty creations. I know that the question of meals is always a subject on the forum - and this thread gives others a chance to see what other fitness enthusiasts eat. I have always looked at "unhealthy" meals and tried to create healthy versions to help me stop the cravings of pizza, burritos, pancakes, ice cream, cookies, etc. Below you will see some of the photos, recipes and ideas that I have developed over years of keeping off the weight and living this lifestyle. I welcome everyone to create, take a photo and share their meals on this satisfying and guilt free thread - Enjoy!
