March of 1999 was pretty much the beginning of an amazing turn for me. I was single, living in a new city, going to a new college and weighing over 250 pounds.

I moved to Arizona from Missouri to attend the Art Institute of Phoenix. I decided that since I am starting a new life, now is a great time to lose weight and focus on becoming a new person in the eyes of everyone I left behind. After losing over 100 pounds, graduating college and accepting a position as Art Director at an industry leading product company, I was far ahead of what a lot of people thought I would become and achieve.

After a few years of freelance designing for many companies, I started my own clothing company and then began a partnership with some other entrepreneurs. I now focus most of my attention on designing and manufacturing products overseas.

When I'm not researching/designing new artwork I spend a few hours a day helping others with their weight loss goals. Either by inspiring others by my words or by training at a local gym.
