A Normal Life & Contest Prep.

A Week Into The Diet.
My abs are starting to show more detail and I'm still 16 weeks out! I've have also started dieting and training with my wife - life is great! Here is a detailed plan of my meals and training. Try them out if you dare!

2 Weeks In And Loving It.

Changes!
The Boise Fitness Expo was a blast! While I was there we also decided to schedule a Team Scivation training video with Bodybuilding.com. This means I am now going into 10 weeks of dieting.
