Five straight months of weekly travel and contest dieting hit me last week. I have cancelled all of my trips until after my show... Here's my contest plan with video, meal plan and more at 7 weeks out! Learn more.
 Seven Weeks Out
This is it. I am at home, done with traveling. For the past five months, I have been on the road every day but two total weeks beating the streets and trying to build Scivation. Despite the economic woes felt by most, we have grown quite considerably this year.
Regardless, five straight months of weekly travel and contest dieting hit me last week. I have cancelled all of my trips until after my show (seven weeks) and will focus on getting everything together and being with my family.
It was a combination of physical exhaustion (nine thousand miles in three weeks in my new Xtend Xterra), mental exhaustion (no down time six days per week, one day at home per week), and emotional exhaustion (I missed my family and it was taking a toll). My show is the Gold's Classic in Wilmington, NC on June 13, 2009.

 Final Thought
My weight is 191 and I am rolling into the show! My cardio changes as often as I deem necessary. This is my current daily schedule:
4:45-5:30 AM:
- 45 minutes of low intensity cardio
5:30-6:30 AM:
- 1 hour of weight training
6:30-7:00 AM:
- 4 minutes of low intensity warm up
- HIIT cardio:
1 minute of running at 9.0
1 minute of walking at 3.6
Repeat 7 times
- 3 minutes of cool down
Evening:
- 1 hour of low intensity cardio at 3.2-3.4
I just want shreds everywhere and sick @ss veins. This is how it is done! Time to bring it! If I do well in this show, I will consider Jr. Nationals in 2010. Until the next installment, keep drinking your Xtend and keep working hard to reach your goals!
