Well, I have good news and good news. One is, check it out!
That's right—WE ARE PREGNANT! I saw the heart beat and everything. It is an AMAZING feeling and I cannot wait for my beautiful daughter Kambria to have a sibling. YEAH BUDDY! As for my training, I am in such good shape that in addition to the Clash, the Kentucky Muscle and the BB.com video shoot, I will do the Mountaineer in Boone, NC on September 22. I am seven weeks out in the pics. Here are some update pictures to start us off:
My goal was to get to 5% body fat by August 1. Mission Accomplished!
This has not changed since the last installment, but here it is again! I have dropped eggs and am now getting 100% protein from fish!
Workout Nutrition = 12 scoops Xtend in 20-24 oz cold water Meal 1
35g protein, 10g fat, 5g carbs Meal 2
35g protein, 5g fat, 5g carbs Meal 3
35g protein, 10g fat, 5g carbs Meal 4
35g protein, 5g fat, 5g carbs Meal 5
35g protein, 10g fat, 5g carbs Meal 6
35g protein, 5g fat, 5g carbs Carbs - 30g = 120 cals Protein - 210g = 840 cals Fat - 45g = 405 1365 Kals
Every 18th meal is carb meal. LAST MEAL and it replaces Meal 6. MUST BE eaten in this order and make it LAST 60-75 minutes... TAKE YOUR TIME!!!!!!
Carbs - 150g = 600 cals
I have a new workout partner and he is awesome. We have been pushing it and I have been getting 15 reps with weight I usually only get six to eight with! It is amazing! This new intensity is sure to bring out RESULTS! I have been doing cardio for about an hour upon waking and taking:
The fat loss is unreal! I also do 20 minutes cardio PWO to facilitate blood flow and recovery.
