The Boise Fitness Expo was a blast! While I was there, I shot a leg training video. We also decided to schedule a Team Scivation training video with Bodybuilding.com. The date we decided on for the shoot is the week of June 25. You know what that means - 10 weeks of dieting! It is all good, I know just the plan...
Here are some update photos from three days into the diet at 204lbs!
Once again, the Showtime Cut Diet has begun. My diet is a bit of an experiment nonetheless, where I will have planned caloric cuts based on what I have done before. I will cut calories after every carb meal. Here is the progression, with each calorie cut coming the day immediately after a carb meal:
This will have me near starvation for the final weeks, but as we have seen in this series, I have a hard time LOSING muscle and do well with caloric restriction. I will keep my carb meals decently consistent, and go by feel.

I am still training with 15 reps. My body doesn't ache as much and the pump when taking VasoXplode pre workout is unreal! I have also moved to what has worked in the past-the training split from Game Over modified to hit my weak spots earlier in the week. Here it is:
Cardio will be performed 1st thing in the morning Monday through Saturday for 45 minutes. The cardio will be low-intensity treadmill-walking on an incline. Until Next Time! Keep training hard and remember, Milk is for babies, Xtend is for men!
