If I showed you an ad right now that said that the President of Scivation gained three pounds and lost body fat, you would tell me that it is a marketing hoax to sell more supplements, wouldn't you? Well, this is why a series such as this is beneficial to not only keeping it real, but to validate the claims - pictures don't lie. I am 190 pounds right now -- up from 187 in the last installment. My veins in my chest are more prominent and my hamstring has much more sweep to it. Training with my wife has been awesome and that could very well be a contributing factor to my gains.
The Cut Diet has been flawless and my wife and I have not cheated once. Heck, she is making some SICK progress. Check this out.
My diet has undergone some small calorie cuts. We left the carb meal the same, but reduced some of my fat intake throughout the day to do a nice, slow, gradual cut since we have ample time.
Workout Nutrition = 2 scoops Substance WPI with 10 scoops Xtend in 20-24 oz cold water Meal 1 42g protein, 15g fat, 20g carbs Meal 2 44g protein, 10g fat, 5g carbs Meal 3 42g protein, 15g fat, 5g carbs Meal 4 42g protein, 10g fat, 10g carbs Meal 5 44g protein, 15g fat, 15g carbs Meal 6 42g protein, 10g fat, 10g carbs
Protein - 300g = 1200 Cals
Total Cals - 2135 Cals NON-carb night - 1837cals (minus meal 6)
Every 18th meal is carb meal. LAST MEAL and it replaces Meal 6. MUST BE eaten in this order and make it LAST 60-75 minutes - TAKE YOUR TIME!!!!!!
Carbs = 180g = 720 Cals I am never hungry with the diet I am on. In fact, my wife can almost never finish an entire meal, and that girl can eat! I have also switched all of my vegetable servings to spinach and am loving it. Broccoli used to give me the worst gas and regularity issues. With spinach, I feel great and the GI tract is humming along smoothly!
Training this week was 12 reps and will move to 15 reps next week. The training program I am doing is straight out of Game Over and we are on week 3 next week-15 rep sets! It should be tons of fun! The next volume will be available shortly at Bodybuilding.com!
Supplement wise, I will start full dosing of Dialene 4 next week! I cannot wait to see what this will do for both my energy and focus as well as my fat loss. I have been taking it, but not the full dose. All of us are very excited at the potential results that this breakthrough in fat burning will produce.
